Weekday orders placed before 2pm GMT are packed the same day when the title is in stock.

Orders over £30

Tracked UK postage is included on orders of £30 or more. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout.

How we send books

MRB Sell dispatches from 16 Essex Road, London. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Every order is packed as a book should be: protected, labelled, and sent with tracking so you can see where it is.

Processing times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm GMT are packed the same working day when the title is in stock. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays go out on the next working day.

UK mainland delivery

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked for UK mainland addresses. Once Royal Mail has the parcel, most deliveries arrive within two working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves us.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland

These addresses still go out with tracked Royal Mail services, but extra transit time is common. Allow up to five working days after dispatch. If a remote address needs a different service, email us before you order.

UK orders of £30 or more include free tracked delivery
Orders under £30 show the tracked postage amount at checkout
There are no hidden handling fees after you pay

Tracking and failed delivery

If nobody is in, Royal Mail will usually leave a card or take the parcel to a local collection point. Check the tracking email before you write to us — most “missing” books are waiting nearby.

Delays

Weather, local Royal Mail disruption, and peak weeks (especially November and December) can add time. If tracking has not moved for five working days after dispatch, email info@mrbsell.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it.

Damage in transit

If a book arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the packaging and the book. We will arrange a replacement or a refund under our refund policy.

International orders

We do not currently offer a standard international service. If you need a title sent outside the UK, email us first and we will tell you whether we can help.
